Air Distribution

• Co-current Flow, Top entry, Uniformly Distributed Air Flow, avoids re-entrainment of dust in gas avoiding bag chocking
• Air entry Bustle type construction ensures uniform distribution of air at inlet and 20-40% less pressure drop.

Accessories for Reliability & Safety

• Fabricated and Machined Rotary Air Lock to ensure minimum air leakages.
• Online monitoring of particulate emission

Filter Bags

• Fabric selected as per temperature (up to 250 degree C), particulate size, air-to- cloth ratio, properties of material to be separated and the particulate emission guarantees.
• Specially selected anti-stick coating minimizes bag chocking.

Bag Cages 

• The bag cage is made of optimum thick vertical wire rods for better support to filter bag and improved bag life. 
• Optimum pitch between bars provides adequate support for cages. This avoids flex line failure between the vertical wires.
• No sharp edges on Pan to avoid damage to bag. 
• Housing bottom cone angle of 45° for easy powder discharge

Venturi and Venturi Mounting Cage

• Die Cast and Machined Venturi for long life and leak tight performance
• Molded Gaskets (silicone) between Venturi and Venturi mounting plate ensure leak proof sealing between clean air and dirty air plenum.
• Unique design of stainless steel clamps for better sealing between cages and filter bag preventing bag damage.
• Optimum thick Rugged Venturi mounting plate seals better.
