1. Conceptualization Stage
- Finalizing basis of design

- Heat Mass Balance and Thermodynamic Engineering.
- Space requirement and preliminary layout
- Budgetary Estimate of Project Cost
2. Engineering Stage
- Detailed Project Layout
- Preparation of Brief Specifications for Major Components
- Project Scheduling and Project Bar Chart
- Payback Calculation and Sensitivity Analysis
- Detailed Feasibility Report for the Project.
3. Coordination Stage
- Vendor selection
- The orders will be placed in coordination with the customer to the vendors.
- Assistance will be provided for the pre-dispatch activities like man power, space, infra structure and foundation.
4. Inspection Stage
- The equipment will be inspected to meet the specifications
- Performance tests will be conducted
- The documentation will be done which will include, Layout, O & M manuals, Test Certificates, Recommended stand by and spare parts list, Performance Certificates, Warranty, I/P-O/P parameters, Purity parameters of the reagents and chemicals used, Chemical Handling practices guide and MSDS, P& I Diagram, Instructions on emergency shut downs, cleaning procedures and general safety,
- Dispatch inspection will be done in presence on the vendors’ representative, customers’ representative and our representative.
5. Commissioning Stage:
- Documentation of the entire commissioning activity
- Client training on O & M care, trouble shooting, documentation referencing and spare parts importance.
